Pedro Pacheco
A seasoned Senior Paralegal with over 16 years of federal government experience, he has served in key roles across multiple agencies, including the U.S. National Labor Relations Board, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Social Security Administration. His public service background is complemented by significant contributions to state and local institutions, including the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, the Legal Aid Society, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
He brings more than 15 years of comprehensive litigation experience, supporting cases from intake through resolution. His work includes conducting client intake, leading investigations, managing complex document production, and assisting in civil trials. In addition, he has developed extensive expertise navigating federal and state benefits systems, providing critical support to individuals seeking access to public services.
Beyond government service, he has dedicated over a decade to working with nonprofit organizations that serve minority communities, demonstrating a sustained commitment to equity, access, and advocacy. He also maintains over 10 years of experience as a mobile remote notary, delivering reliable and accessible notarial services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Paralegal Certificate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, a Master of Science in Legal Studies from Albany Law School, and graduate certificates from eCornell University.
Outside of his professional work, he is a devoted father who takes great pride in his children. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, an avid fitness enthusiast, and a passionate collector of toys.

Brenda is an accomplished Operations Manager born and raised in New York City, and the proud daughter of hardworking immigrants who embodied and pursued the American dream. Their dedication and perseverance instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Queens College. She brings over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant, where she developed a reputation for precision, discretion, and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has specialized in human resources functions, multilingual communication, and organizational operations.
Her professional expertise includes managing executive calendars and coordinating high-level meetings, overseeing onboarding and employee relations processes, handling document preparation and translation, and streamlining internal workflows to improve productivity. In addition, Brenda has provided interpretation services to support diverse teams and communities, ensuring clear and effective communication across languages.
Complementing her corporate experience, Brenda has served as a Remote Mobile Notary for over 10 years, delivering reliable and accessible notarial services with professionalism and attention to detail.
Outside of her professional life, Brenda is an avid salsa dancer and an enthusiastic reader, embracing both creativity and continuous learning as essential parts of her personal and professional growth.
Michael Dover is a dedicated law clerk in his third year of law school, bringing more than a decade of experience as a Senior Litigation Paralegal. His background reflects a broad and practical command of multiple areas of law, including immigration, disability benefits, no-fault insurance, workers’ compensation, uncontested divorces, and small claims matters.
Throughout his career, Michael has supported clients from intake through resolution, assisting with case development, document preparation, and referrals for litigation services. He also brings a client-centered approach to his work outside traditional legal settings, offering guidance in first-time home-buying, resume preparation, and job coaching—helping individuals navigate both legal and life transitions with confidence.
Michael’s combined academic and professional experience positions him to contribute meaningfully in both legal analysis and client advocacy. His work reflects a commitment to access to justice, practical problem-solving, and community engagement.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and swimming. He is actively involved in his church and serves as a community organizer, dedicating his time to initiatives that support and uplift those around him.
